1. Operator and contact information:

The operator is the company Dogs and sport s r.o., Kurzova 2222/16, 155 00 Prague, ID: 19817151, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague under file number C 392046, represented by Stephanie Mach, CCBW, CCRP, Tel: 605 341 072, Email: info@animal-prosthetics.com

We deliver products from our workshop within the terms specified for individual products when placing an order. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is approximately 4 weeks from payment and delivery of the order and all supporting documents (e.g. casting). In the event of material unavailability, capacity peaks or staff illness, this deadline may be extended proportionately (we will inform you of the extension during the execution of the order). If you need the product exactly on time, please indicate this when ordering.
The Operator shall not be liable for late delivery of goods caused by Force Majeure, as defined below, or by law. In particular, Force Majeure shall be deemed to include: strike, epidemic, fire, flood, natural disaster, mobilization, war, insurrection, seizure of goods, embargo, prohibition of transfer of foreign exchange, terrorist attack, economic crisis, governmental regulation or restriction of the European Union, total or partial destruction of the Operator's plant or production line or of its suppliers, delivery of suppliers, change in customs regulations, import and export quotas, prohibition of export or import or any other cause beyond the Operator's control which prevents the Operator from fulfilling its obligations.
The Customer acknowledges this and an extension of time for the above reasons shall not be grounds for discount, cancellation of the order or withdrawal from the contract.

Our products are sent to you by Zásilkovna s.r.o., ID No. 28408306, with registered office Českomoravská 2408/1a, Libeň, 190 00 Prague 9, or by Česká pošta, s.p., ID No. 47114983, with registered office Prague 1, Politických vězňů 909/4, Postal Code 22599. In case of sending the product abroad, we use the services of UPS (UNITED PARCEL SERVICE CZECH REPUBLIC, s.r.o.), ID No. 25684094, with registered office Ke Kopanině 559, 252 67 Tuchoměřice, or DHL Express (Czech Republic) s.r.o., ID No. 25683446, with registered office Nádražní 2967/93, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava.
All transport of goods is paid for by the customer/customer (whether it is a kit for making a casting or shipping the product, etc.).
Upon prior arrangement, it is possible to pick up the goods personally at our premises at Sušilova 1337/2, 500 02 Hradec Králové.

As this is a custom production, we only accept payment in full in advance. Payment can be made by bank transfer or, if necessary, in cash when ordering a consultation and making a cast in the office at Sušilova 1337/2, 500 02 Hradec Králové.
We do not accept cash on delivery or advance payments.

Although each piece from Animal Prosthetics undergoes a quality control check during processing, please inspect the item thoroughly upon delivery and notify us of any defects found. If you find any difference between the invoice and the actual goods delivered (in type, quantity or price), please let us know, the matter will be corrected promptly. If you do not do so within 3 working days of delivery, we will assume that the goods have been delivered without defects and that all the terms of the contract of sale have been fulfilled flawlessly.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority isresponsible for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended. Further information is available on the website www.coi.cz.
Consumers are entitled to use the online dispute resolution platform to resolve consumer disputes in the language of their choice. Consumers can use the platform available on the website https://www.coi.cz/mimosoudni-reseni-spotrebitelskych-sporu-adr/ to do just that.

By ordering the goods, the client confirms that he/she has read the GTC and the terms and conditions of complaint and that he/she agrees to them without any reservations.
The Client is aware of the fact that the goods provided to him are intended exclusively for him.
In the event that any provision of these GTC becomes invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.
These Terms and Conditions shall come into force and effect on 23 August 2023.
