Terms and Conditions

1. Operator and contact information:

  1. This site is operated by Dogs and sport s r.o., Kurzova 2222/16, 155 00 Prague. VAT: 19817151. 2. Delivery time

  1. We deliver products from our workshop within the timeframe specified for each product when placing an order. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is approximately 4 weeks from payment and delivery of the order and all supporting documents (e.g. casting). In the event of material unavailability and capacity peaks, this deadline may be extended proportionally (we will inform you of the extension during the execution of the order). If you need the product exactly on time, please specify this when ordering.

  2. The Operator shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods if such failure or delay results from technological or logistical failures, interruptions in the production process of the goods or failure of the information system or if such failure or delay is caused by Force Majeure as defined below or by law. In particular, Force Majeure shall be deemed to include: strike, epidemic, fire, flood, natural disaster, mobilization, war, insurrection, seizure of goods, embargo, prohibition of transfer of foreign exchange, terrorist attack, economic crisis, governmental regulation or restriction of the European Union, total or partial destruction of the Operator's plant or production line or of its suppliers, delivery of suppliers, change in customs regulations, import and export quotas, prohibition of export or import, or any other cause beyond the Operator's control which prevents the Operator from fulfilling its obligations.

  3. The Customer acknowledges this and an extension of time for the above reasons shall not be grounds for discount, cancellation of the order or withdrawal from the contract.

3. How we transport

  1. Our products are sent to you by Zásilkovna or Czech Post. In the case of sending the product abroad, we use UPS or DHL.

  2. All shipping is paid by the customer/customer (whether it is a kit for making a casting or shipping the product, etc.).

  3. By prior arrangement, it is possible to pick up the goods in person at our premises at Sušilova 1337/2, 500 02 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic.

4. Payment

  1. As this is a custom production, we only accept payment in full in advance. Payment can be made by bank transfer or, if necessary, in cash when ordering a consultation and making a cast in the office at Sušilova 1337/2, 500 02 Hradec Králové.

  2. We do not accept cash on delivery or advance payments.

5. Inspection after delivery

  1. Although each piece from Animal Prosthetics undergoes a quality control during processing, please inspect the goods properly after delivery and notify us of any defects found. If you find any difference between the invoice and the actual goods delivered (in type, quantity or price), please let us know, the matter will be rectified promptly. If you fail to do so within 3 working days of delivery, we will assume that the goods have been delivered without defects and that all the terms of the contract of sale have been fulfilled flawlessly.

6. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes

  1. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority is competent for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended. Further information is available on the website www.coi.cz.

  2. Consumers are entitled to use the online dispute resolution platform to resolve consumer disputes in the language of their choice. Consumers can use the platform available on the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr to do just that.

7. Final provisions

  1. The Manufacturer reserves the right to unilaterally amend the GTC and to inform the Consumer in due time and without undue delay by means of a notice on its website.

  2. By ordering the goods, the Client confirms that he has read the GTC and the Complaints Policy and that he accepts them without any reservations.

  3. The Client is aware of the fact that the goods provided to him are intended exclusively for him.

  4. In the event that any provision of these GTC becomes invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.

  5. These GTC shall come into force and effect on 23 August 2023.
